Find My Match’s Code Of Ethics

As professional matchmakers we at Find My Match undertake to:

1. Treat members with respect and professionalism.
2. Deliver to members a service commensurate or beyond the industry standards of an introduction agency.
3. Advertise accurately and honestly.
4. Whenever possible meet each member face to face.
5. Always quote to each client sufficient fees to allow us to provide a level of service commensurate with the client’s requirements and expectactions.
6. Always act in a manner to enhance the reputation of the Introduction industry and it’s members.
7. Adhere to all Australian privacy laws and maintain client confidentiality at all times (except when expressly instructed to by the member in order to introduce them to another member)
8. Give members honest and true feedback so as to assist them finding a suitable match
